Loved the beautiful beach villa, but the bathroom lighting was way too dark.

Our room was brand-new and large with deep bath and comfortable king size bed, as example. The staff was very amiable and helped with the free parking.

Koh Chang vibes 🌴
Spent some lekker days in a villa. The pool is a total vibe and the brekkie had so many good options, specially the Thai dishes. The staff were super friendly, always smiling and keen to help 🎉
But those mosquitoes were brutal, even indoors! Eina!

charming, charming, charming
I adored the spacious villa that provided a serene escape, perfectly surrounded by lush greenery. The infinity pool was a refreshing oasis with fine views. Breakfast each morning was a delight, with an extensive selection of both Thai and European dishes, a feast for everyone!
can recommend 😊❤️

The hotel was relaxing, and fairly clean, and the location was marvellous and beautiful to the other restaurants at the beach. Booked a room with pleasant views of the beach and the sea. Bathtubs was large and everything was perfect. The service was excellent, including marvellous breakfasts and an amazing pool.

The buffet breakfast, and the swimming pool.
The description of ‘Excellent’ on the web page, was the reason for booking this hotel, but that description is an exaggeration. Having stayed at very many hotels around the world, (including Thailand) this Hotel I would rate average in the 4* range. The buffet breakfast was good, as was the pool. All other amenities, and food and drink are expensive, and consequently must be loss making for the hotel. Because none of the external, or internal walls and floors are painted, including the bedrooms, they are left as the original ‘grey cement’, this makes the ambience very depressing, but when you look at the hotel photos this is not apparent. The Hotel is showing signs of wear and tear, and will soon need a Refurbishment.

The beach restaurant was an absoluteley dreary disappointment, lacking ambiance, where's the upbeat music? I also endured a poorly managed checkout experience, being accused of a missing water glass. For a resort of this caliber, i expected to be treated like royalty, not like just another average guest. Shame i almost wrote a good review.

The rooms deeply need an update!!! With unclean curtains, dark bathrooms lacking sufficient lighting, and no towel hooks, it's hard to feel comfortable. The rocky beach requires special shoes to navigate!!!

Good rooms - nice terrace, good (yet asian-style bit harder) bed, very reasonably priced minibar, very nice on-beach dinner at night, nice aircon library room to work or read, free wifi throughout entire area, happy hour at in-pool bar
Reception staff just ok - not v knowlegeable about local attractions etc). English v limited - hotel cd do more to train staff... Restaurant hot - only 2 fans, even at late breakfast already v hot, no indoor space

The service was great. I didn't pay for the booking before my arrival and I worried that it was not confirmed. When I arrived there, a deluxe room we booked was full so they gave us a villa room near to the beach with the same cost. All the employees always smiled to customers. The room was so nice with its unique design and decoration. We had a romantic dinner with a small concert in front of the beach as well as a nice fire show. I went to snorkeling trip on the second day so i checked out in the morning. I left our bags with the front desk and when I went back there, I could take a bath at the spa even I had checked out already. I also asked them to warm my food that I bought from the first day as well. After we took a bath, they served us the food at the lounge of the spa. I should stay there a little longer!!
The shower was very big but it's not powerful. The water separated in a small line so it made me feel a bit cold. The swimming pool was nice but I felt like the water was not clear as it should be.

Spacious villa blending perfectly with tropical surroundings, an awesome infinity pool, and awesome breakfast options. Staff constantly cute, feel super friendly. Beach massage is awesome!
AC unit could use an upgrade, as it was a bit noisy.
